The bridge to the left of the Atomic Bomb Dome was the original target of the “Little Boy” atomic bomb, dropped on August 6, 1945. The bomb detonated a couple of hundred meters to the right, 600m above the ground
The famous “floating torii gate” at the Itsukushima Shrine on Miyajima. This is considered to be one of the three best views in Japan!
